ANYWHERE SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Anywhere service beta test. By participating in this beta test, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS FOR GARMENTS ORDERED VIA OUR VIRTUAL ANYWHERE SERVICE​​
Please be aware that, as with all Gormley and Gamble garments, products ordered via our virtual Anywhere Service are 100% individually tailored and handcrafted just for you, and therefore we do not offer refunds once the production process has started. Please see below for further information on when the production process starts. This is standard practice for customised products, as we will have incurred the costs of purchasing fabrics and using skilled tailors but there is no resale value. -
REFUNDS
You are entitled to a full refund during the Pre-Production stage of our virtual Anywhere Service. Pre-Production stage starts when you first submit your order for the garment you would like us to make and ends 24 hours after you have confirmed your style & measurements via Zoom. You have 24 hours after completing the virtual Anywhere Service - which means confirming confirming style preference and measurements via Zoom, to request a refund. After those 24 hours have passed you have committed to proceeding with your order, at which point we are no longer able to provide refunds.​ -
REFUNDS PROCESS
If you are eligible for a refund and would like a refund - for example, if you are not happy with the measuring process or style options, you should contact us on contact@gormleyandgamble.com to request a refund.
Refunds will only be made to the card used to pay for your original order and can take 3 - 7 business days to process depending on your card provider. -
TURNAROUND
Our standard turnaround times - as referenced in our main Terms - apply from the point at which you have completed your Zoom fitting, we therefore encourage customers to complete the process as soon as possible. We aim for a turnaround time of 6 weeks from the date of your Zoom fitting to the shipment of your custom trousers. However, this timeline is not 100% guaranteed, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances in production.
