As we continue tailoring for remarkable women around the world, we’ve also been quietly crafting something new - the next chapter of Gormley & Gamble.

We are incredibly proud to introduce G&G Atelier, our bespoke dressmaking studio at Gormley & Gamble, which we’ve created to honour a discipline we’ve long practised with the dedicated focus it deserves.

Guided by our master dressmaker, we design and craft one-of-a-kind gowns for bridal, occasion wear, red carpet and special events. Each piece begins with a conversation and a sketch, evolves through toiles and fittings, and is finished by hand using couture techniques for immaculate quality, movement and comfort. Rooted in G&G’s reputation for female-focused fit, our atelier offers a private, collaborative experience that brings your vision to life, beautifully and completely made for you - right here in London.

Our Team

Behind every garment is a team of women devoted to the art of bespoke clothing for women. From the moment you step inside our studio, our design duo Rosie and Jemma will welcome you, listen carefully, and help bring your vision to life.

Together, they bring a rich tapestry of experience - Rosie having led some of London’s most prestigious ateliers, designing red-carpet pieces for Rita Ora, Winnie Harlow, and Maya Jama, and creating one-of-a-kind designs for weddings and Heidi Klum’s iconic Halloween celebrations.

Jemma, meanwhile, reigns as the queen of fine silks and delicate fabrics, with a background at some of Britain’s most renowned fashion retailers. Together, they steer our atelier with passion, precision, and a vision for modern tailoring.

Once the design is agreed, our Master Dressmaker drafts your bespoke pattern and develops a toile to perfect proportion, drape and movement in fittings. With the fit precisely dialled in, our talented tailors brings the piece to life in your chosen fabric, finishing every element by hand for couture-level precision and an effortless, made-for-you result.

At the atelier, your gown is created by a dedicated team from first sketch to final stitch. Jemma & Rosie will work closely with you to refine your vision: exploring silhouettes, fabrics and handcrafted details.

Collaboration sits at the heart of our process. Whether you’d like us to steer the design or you arrive with a clear brief, we create alongside you - crafting a piece that could only be yours.

G&G Atelier Garments

From candlelit galas to Spring Weddings, our bespoke dresses and jumpsuits are cut to command a room. Silhouettes are created to flatter your body, with sleek columns, bias-cut slips, sculpted corseted bodices, or sweeping ball skirts.

Each garment is meticulously balanced for poise and ease from day through to night. We source luxurious silks, crepes, and velvets that drape cleanly and photograph beautifully; linings are breathable and hand-felled for comfort. Trains, slits, and necklines are engineered to the millimetre, with hand-finished details: covered buttons, invisible zips, delicate boning. Each piece is refined over fittings so it flatters from every angle, moves effortlessly, and carries the quiet confidence of something made expressly for you.
