Whilst a visit to our beloved London studio is always a wonderful way to experience the world of Gormley & Gamble, we understand that travelling to London isn’t always possible - or practical - for those further afield.
That’s why, several times a year, our team travels internationally for G&G trunk shows: intimate, thoughtfully curated appointments that bring our full Savile Row service to a city closer to you. Whether you’re new to tailoring or continuing an existing bespoke journey, trunk shows offer a relaxed, personal way to experience what we do - without compromising on craftsmanship or care.
What Is a G&G Trunk Show?
A trunk show is a limited-time event where our experienced, all-female tailoring team travels with an extended selection of fabrics, linings and master model blocks for private, one-to-one consultations.
Hosted in beautiful hotel settings, each appointment is designed to feel calm, welcoming and entirely focused on you. It’s tailoring at its most personal - just without the journey to London.
Do I Need an Appointment?
Yes - we always recommend booking in advance.
Each appointment lasts approximately 60 minutes, allowing plenty of time for conversation, exploration and questions. Trunk show schedules are limited, and appointments tend to fill quickly, so securing your place ahead of time ensures we can give you our full attention.

What Happens During an Appointment?
Your consultation takes place in a private room or suite within a carefully chosen hotel. With a glass of champagne or hot drink in hand, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Browse our extensive fabric and lining books
Discuss your wardrobe, lifestyle and tailoring needs
Learn more about our bespoke and made-to-measure processes
Be professionally measured by one of our expert team
The experience is relaxed yet refined - never rushed, never intimidating - and designed entirely around you.
Can I Try On Samples?
We travel with our master model blocks, which allow you to experience our signature fit and silhouettes. While we don’t bring a full set of finished sample garments, these blocks provide an excellent sense of proportion, balance and style.
Combined with fabric exploration and expert guidance, they help you confidently visualise your finished piece.
What Is the Lead Time After Placing an Order?
Once your order is placed, garments are typically ready within approximately ten to twelve weeks.
Follow-up fittings can be arranged remotely, ensuring the process is seamless and straightforward, no matter where you’re located.
And once the magic in the atelier has happened, we will dispatch your order via courier. For further bespoke orders we can arrange fittings remotely or in-person next time we visit.

I’ve Never Had Anything Made Before - What Should I Expect?
Tailoring is a journey, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Whether this is your first bespoke piece or you’ve had garments made before, our team will make the process clear, enjoyable and completely tailored to you. Many of our clients return year after year to build thoughtful, enduring wardrobes - and you’ll be in very good company as you begin (or continue) your journey with us.
Bringing Savile Row to You
Our trunk shows are about accessibility without compromise - offering the same care, expertise and craftsmanship you’d experience in our London studio, in a setting that works for you.
Take a look at where we will be visiting this year; look forward to meeting you - wherever in the world that may be.
