Order your chosen trouser style, online, wherever you are in the world. No need to worry about fit yet.
Step 2
You'll receive an email with a link to book in for a zoom fitting with one of our tailors. Book yourself in at a time that suits you.
Step 3
We'll walk you through the measurement process & finalise your style. Remember to wear tight fitting clothes and have your tape measure at the ready.
Step 4
Your custom made trousers will be shipped to you in 6 weeks from the date of your zoom fitting!

How do you take my measurements virtually?
We use a combination of body measurements & some whizzy tech. During your Zoom fitting, our expert will walk you through every step of the measuring process to ensure accuracy.
What will I need for my Zoom Fitting?

A well lit room & enough space to stand with your whole body in frame

Wear fitted clothing to ensure precision
What happens if my size changes in the future?
No worries! Feel free to book in for another zoom fitting if you'd like to change your measurements for a future order.
What If My Trousers Don’t Fit?
If the fit issue is deemed significant, we will offer alterations to resolve the problem. Simply email us with details and a photo, or arrange a Zoom call to discuss. For non-UK customers, the alteration process may differ slightly.
As the trousers are custom-made to your measurements, we cannot accept returns. However, we will work closely with you to ensure the fit is right through our alteration process.
